That pre-mounted base allows you to position it directly in your aquascape, with no need to plant the roots into substrate. Suited to aquascapers building a foreground or midground layout, it keeps set-up simple.

Leaves on this variety are small, generally running 10 to 15 cm long, with slightly fluted, wavy margins that add texture to the foliage. Colour develops as the plant settles in. Expect leaves to deepen toward a dark olive-brown with a violet underside, though the final shade depends heavily on the light and water conditions in your own tank.

It doesn't call for specialist care, which suits those still building confidence with live aquarium plants. What you get is one Cryptocoryne beckettii 'Petchii' plant, already rooted to its lava stone base and ready to add to the tank.

Specification

Detail

Difficulty

Easy

Mounted on

Lava stone

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0922/0610/4949/files/cryptocoryne-beckettii-petchii-on-lava-stone-standard.jpg?v=1792403004
