It's compact enough to bury in the garden for a near-invisible installation, and it comes with all the hose connections needed to get it plumbed in.

Key benefits

Combines mechanical filtration, biological filtration and UVC clarification in one unit

Patented cleaning function built into the lid speeds up routine maintenance

Quick-release cover opens and closes without extra tools

Can be buried in the garden for a near-invisible installation

Supplied with all the hose connections needed for installation

Backed by the manufacturer's Clear Water Guarantee

Choosing your size

Available in three sizes, 4000, 6000 and 10000, the Biopress lets you match the unit to your pond's volume. The supplied capacity figures, up to 4m³ for a lightly stocked pond, 2m³ where you keep fish, or 1m³ for koi, aren't broken down separately for each of the three sizes, so check the exact rating for the model you're choosing against your own pond before ordering, especially if you keep koi or a heavy fish stock.

Installation and use

It's designed to be buried in the ground, which keeps it out of sight once installed, and it can also be used to feed water up to a raised watercourse or waterfall. Everything needed to connect the hoses is included. There's no plug fitted, since UK law doesn't allow manufacturers to supply a fixed outdoor appliance like this with an indoor-type 3-pin plug, so you'll need to arrange a suitable outdoor power connection before you can use it.

Specification

Detail

models_available

4000, 6000, 10000

power_consumption

11W

max_pond_volume_general

Up to 4m³

max_pond_volume_with_fish

Up to 2m³

max_pond_volume_with_koi

Up to 1m³

plug_included

No plug supplied.
