We coordinate the fulfilment of your order through our specialist suppliers across the United Kingdom.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Depending on product availability and supplier location, some items may ship separately.
Shipping Locations
- We currently deliver orders to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
- At this time, international shipping is not available.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the supplier and the courier service used.
Live Aquatic Animals
This section applies only to orders containing live aquatic animals, including, but not limited to, ornamental fish, shrimp, snails, crayfish, crabs, and other aquatic livestock.
To help protect animal welfare, live aquatic animals may only be dispatched when conditions are considered suitable for safe transport. Dispatch may occasionally be postponed where necessary due to animal health, environmental conditions, transport availability or other circumstances that could adversely affect the welfare of the animals during transit.
Live aquatic animals are dispatched directly to customers by the specialist supplier responsible for preparing and packing the animals for transport.
Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive deliveries of live aquatic animals at the delivery address provided when placing the order. We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect delivery information, unsuccessful delivery attempts or the customer being unavailable to receive the shipment.
Where a customer believes that live aquatic animals have arrived in an unsatisfactory condition, they must notify AquaticsHub as soon as reasonably possible after confirmed delivery. Customers may be asked to provide clear photographs or video evidence to enable the claim to be assessed.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and supplier location.
- Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders.
- Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Multiple Suppliers & Shipments
- As we work with specialist suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfilment arrangements.
- You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website or via your order confirmation page.
Delays & Delivery Issues
- While we strive to deliver all orders on time, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to courier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived as expected, please get in touch with us at info@aquaticshub.co.uk.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
- We will work with our suppliers and couriers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
