The Elevate QuickScrubber Handle is a hook-faced gripping tool made to hold a QuickScrubber Pad securely while you apply QuickPrime Plus to a pond liner. Its hooked face keeps the pad flat against the work surface, which gives you the largest possible contact area with each pass rather than the uneven coverage you get holding a pad by hand.
Because the pad stays gripped to the Handle, you don't need to touch the primer-soaked pad at any point. That keeps your hands clean and lets you work the primer into the liner more evenly, covering more of the surface in less time.
