A free-flowering pink waterlily suited to medium and large ponds, bred to keep producing its large, soft double blooms later into the year than many other varieties. Grown in full sun it helps keep colour in the pond from early summer well into autumn. Supplied already potted in a mesh aquatic basket, ready to lower straight into the water.
Nymphaea Darwin (Hollandia) is a hardy pink waterlily whose large, soft double flowers often keep opening later into the year than most lilies, sometimes still appearing in October or November. Its vigorous growth habit fills out a pond well, making it a better match for medium and large water features than small or container ponds. Grown in an open, sunny position, it rewards you with flowers across most of the growing season. You receive one plant already potted in a mesh aquatic basket, with the basket sized to match whichever option you choose, 1 litre, 3 litre or 10 litre. The basket can stay on the plant when it goes into the pond, there is no need to remove it. Settle it into still water away from fountains or other moving water, and give the leaves a few days to reach the surface as you lower it in.
