The telescopic extension on this fountain pump gives you control over the display height, so you can set it to suit your own pond rather than being stuck with one fixed spray. Four extra attachments are included, letting you switch between different water patterns, and the range spans five power models so you can match output to the size of pond you're filling.
Overview
This is a garden pond fountain pump built around a telescopic riser, which allows you to match the jet height to your own pond rather than settling for one fixed setting. Four additional attachments are included, each producing a different water pattern, so you can change the look of the display without buying separate parts. The range runs across five power levels, giving you room to match flow and running cost to the pond you actually have.
Choosing your model
- 750: roughly 720 litres/hour, drawing 9W
- 1000: about 1000 litres hourly, drawing 11W
- 1500: approximately 1500 litres per hour, drawing 25W
- 2500: around 2500 litres an hour, drawing 40W
- 3500: close to 3400 litres per hour, drawing 70W
Output and power draw both increase as you move up the range, so the model you choose affects how strong the display looks as well as how much it costs to run.
Water pattern attachments
Alongside the pump you get four attachments: Vulkan, Jets, Bell and Chalice, so you can switch between water patterns to suit your own taste. Stated fountain heights are only available for two of these, which is worth checking before you decide (see below).
Installation and use
Extend or retract the telescopic riser to set the fountain height for your pond, then fit whichever attachment gives the pattern you want. It's designed as a straightforward, stand-alone fit for garden ponds and ornamental fountains.
