Designed for koi ponds, quarantine tanks and other liner, concrete or fibreglass tank builds, this flanged connector gives you a secure, mechanically clamped join between solvent weld pipework and your pond liner. Stainless steel screws keep it safe to use fully submerged in salted or chemically treated water.
This is a two-piece flanged connector that clamps a pond liner between its halves using stainless steel screws, giving you a mechanical seal at the pipe entry point instead of relying on an adhesive bond to the liner itself. It's designed for koi ponds, quarantine tanks and other liner, concrete or fibreglass pond and tank builds where solvent weld pipework needs to pass through a liner or tank wall.
Because the fixing screws are stainless steel, the connector stays safe to use fully submerged, including in water treated with salt or other chemical treatments. That makes it suited to ongoing pond and quarantine tank plumbing rather than a one-off dry fit.
What you get: one flanged tank connector per size ordered, made up of the two clamping halves and its stainless steel fixing screws. You'll need to provide solvent cement separately to bond the connector to your pipe; it isn't supplied.
The connector is available in four sizes, each matched to a specific solvent weld pipe diameter, so you can fit it to the pipework already running to your pond or tank rather than having to change pipe sizes.
