Material and construction
This liner is 0.75mm thick butyl rubber, black in colour, and weighs 1.00kg per square metre. SealEco rates its puncture resistance as good and its elongation at around 300%, which is what lets the sheet move and adjust as it beds into an excavation. Box-welded versions are made by vulcanising the seams, producing a stronger joint than a liner simply folded and pleated at the corners.
