Suited to sunny pond margins and shallow shelves, this marginal plant offers glossy arrow-shaped leaves and white, yellow-spathed blooms that lift a planting scheme through summer. It arrives already growing in its mesh basket, so there's no repotting to do before it goes in the water. Choose the 1 litre or 3 litre basket size to match the space you're planting.
Zantedeschia aethiopica 'Crowborough' is a marginal pond plant that has earned the RHS Award of Garden Merit. It gives you glossy, arrow-shaped leaves and white flowers with a yellow spathe, suited to a sunny position at the pond edge or on a shelf.
What you get: one plant in a 1 litre mesh aquatic basket, or one plant in a 3 litre mesh aquatic basket if you choose the larger option. Both arrive ready to go straight into the pond, with no need to remove the basket or repot the plant first.
Ongoing care is minimal. Once the foliage dies back in autumn, trim it back to just above the water surface to keep the planting tidy.
